The holiday season is undoubtedly a special time. We spend time with the ones we love and remember those who are no longer with us. During this time, we experience a wide range of emotions: gratitude, love, nostalgia, happiness, and even sadness.
The challenge
In this challenge, share with the world what this season means to you in a song.
Instructions
- It must be an original song specially created for this challenge.
- The genre has to be jazz.
- Collaborations are allowed (max. 3 composers).
- Use at least one wind instrument.
- The duration of the song must be between 1 to 3 minutes. Scores longer than 3 minutes will not be considered.
- You can only submit one score.
- External audio sources can be used (it will not influence the results).
- Deadline: 19th December. No late submissions!

How well your song embodies Christmas. Use the description of your score to help us understand what you wanted to transmit.

How well your song captures one's attention for its entire duration.

How smooth and well-designed the song's transitions are (e.g. modulations).

How the founders of Tutteo, the company behind Flat, like your piece.
✅ November's winner enjoyment (15)

- Send us a video of you wishing happy holidays to the Flat’s community that we can share on social media (3 points).
- Write a short poem as an introduction to your song (6 points).
