Since this morning (European time) you might have noticed some performance issues while accessing our platform and some of your requests can timeout (< 0.2% of our traffic - which is a lot of people for the size of our platform).
The incident is affecting the index of our global database cluster, which slows some of the requests made on our website and mobile applications. Our team has been working on resolving this problem all day long, and our service regular performance will come back progressively in the upcoming hours.
